B.R.'s Plumbing & Heating opened in Tillsonburg in 1993. We started with one truck, residential plumbing, and a stack of farm process work. We're still on Vance Drive, still locally owned, still answering the line at 2am.
Our story
Built on the kind of work nobody else wanted to do at midnight.
We started in 1993 doing the calls other shops didn't take: frozen pipes at 1am, sump pumps that gave up during a thunderstorm, broken boilers in farmhouses an hour off the highway. That work became our reputation, and the reputation became the business.
Three decades later we run a fleet of trucks, a shop on Vance Drive, and a crew of licensed plumbers and HVAC technicians. The job hasn't changed. Show up when we said we'd show up. Quote the price honestly. Fix the problem so it stays fixed. Pick up the phone next time.
We're a Lennox Premier Dealer for heating and cooling and a Rinnai partner shop for tankless water heaters: partnerships earned by training and customer satisfaction, not bought. We file Home Efficiency Rebate paperwork in-house so you don't chase it. We offer FinanceIt financing on bigger installs.
Most of our work comes from people we've worked with before, or from neighbours of people we've worked with before. That is, by a wide margin, the metric we are most proud of.
